Meet the friendly staff at Morgan Pet Clinic!
Dr. Charles Morgan is a 2000 graduate from the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He worked in south Lincoln for 2 years at Williamsburg Veterinary Hospital and then served as a staff veterinarian at the Animal Emergency Clinic, P.C. Dr. Morgan opened the Morgan Pet Clinic, P.C. in October of 2003, and has loved meeting the pets and families that have come to the clinic. He is married to Sarah, and they have five children. They are daughters Jules and Kiera, and sons Charlie, Ben, and Jon. He has a Golden Retriever named Major and a border collie named Rosie. The Morgan family is also the proud owner of Hampton Ridge Equestrian Center in Elkhorn/Gretna. Dr. Morgan also enjoys keeping bees, playing hockey, and watching his kids ride Hunter/Jumper and play hockey.
Dr. Kayla Clark was born and raised in Millard and attended Millard West High School. She graduated from UNL with a Bachelor's in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences in 2006. Following her time in Lincoln, Dr. Clark went on to earn her DVM from Kansas State University in 2010. Eager to get back to Omaha, she started at Morgan Pet Clinic in June 2010. Dr. Clark enjoys meeting new clients and patients, and has a particularly soft spot for labradors, as well as pitbulls. She shares her home with husband, Joel; two daughters, Olivia and Brielle; three dogs, and four cats! The dogs include a black lab named Bobo, a coonhound named Rio, and an American Staffordshire Terrier named Doyle. Feline friends include 14.5 year old "twins" Hewey and Dewey, Kitty (Dr. Clark takes no responsibility for her name!), and Diablo.
Dr. Jaclyn Sommer joined Morgan Pet Clinic in June 2016. She completes our Millard high school trifecta, graduating from Millard South in 2008. Dr. Sommer was a competitive soccer goal keeper, and played for College of Saint Mary during her time as an undergraduate student. She continued her education through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Iowa State University cooperative Veterinary Program and graduated with her DVM from ISU in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, playing rec soccer, and hanging out with her couch-eating dog, Hank!
Cody Goforth, L.V.T. is our Head Veterinary Technician. She has been with us since May 2009. She has two cats, Edna and Steve. She enjoys going to concerts and spending time with her family and friends at her camper on the weekends.
Andrea Stowell, L.V.T. is one of our veterinary technicians. She has been at Morgan Pet Clinic since March 2013.

Rheid Isom is the Head Veterinary Assistant/ Receptionist. She has been on staff with us since February 2013. She has a husband Harley, whom she has been married to for 4 years. She also has two cats and one beagle named Charlie. Rheid loves spending time with family and friends and being outdoors!
Amanda Townsend joined our team in July 2015. She is a veterinary assistant/receptionist. Amanda is currently enrolled at Iowa Western in the veterinary technology program.
Lauren Dawes joined Morgan Pet Clinic in January 2016. She is currently working part-time, while she takes prerequisite classes to enter the veterinary technology program at Iowa Western.
Carolyn Thompson is a veterinary assistant/receptionist. She joined Morgan Pet Clinic in November 2016.
Rachel Bruster is a veterinary assistant/receptionist. She joined our team in July 2017.
Lori Gilmore has been grooming for over 20 years. She has been the full time groomer at the Morgan Pet Clinic since 2006. Lori has a parrot named Snickers and a boyfriend named Tom. In her free time, Lori likes to put on the leathers and take her Harley out for a ride.
